norms of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.

Management Members, Principal, elected members from teaching and non
teaching staff.
- Student council elected by the students for the post of
General Secretary, Sports Secretary, Cultural Secretary, Class
representatives and ladies representatives.

After 12th Std:
- Candidates who have passed XIIth board examination or equivalent are supposed to appear for the MH-CET common entrance test/AIEEE for Engineering admission.
- For online filling of admission form & details the student can contact Directorate of Technical Education ,Osmanpura , Aurangabad. The website address i-e URL is www.dte.org.in .The student can visit the same website for calendar for admission
- Candidates those who have secured 50 % in PCM (open) and 45% (Reserved) can appear for MH-CET for Maharashtra domicile candidate & Minimum 50% in PCM for Out Side Maharashtra State Candidate.
- Non-CET/Non-AIEEE will be preferred as per govt rules & regulations from time to time.
- Diploma in engineering passed students with minimum 50% of marks in final year
Admission Details for Direct Second Year of Engg.
Diploma students those who have secured Diploma Percentage 60% can be admitted directly to the second year of Degree.
X. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL

MH-CET conducted by Directorate of Technical Education its URL is

Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates separately [AIEEE/CET (State conducted test/University tests)/Association conducted test]
a) State conducted CET-- 65% of intake capacity
b) AIEEE - 15% of intake capacity
c) Management Quota-20% of intake capacity
Calendar for admission against management/vacant seats:
Its is as per the admission calendar declared by the competent authority declared by the state government
- Last date for request for applications.
- Last date for submission of application.
- Dates for announcing final results.
- Release of admission list (main list and waiting list should be announced on the same day)
- Date for acceptance by the candidate (time given should in no case be less than 15 days)
- Last date for closing of admission.
- Starting of the Academic session.:01 August 2005
- The waiting list should be activated only on the expiry of date of main list.
- The policy of refund of the fee, in case of withdrawal, should be clearly notified.

· Candidates those who have secured 50 % in PCM (open) and 45% (Reserved) can appear for MH-CET for Maharashtra domicile candidate & Minimum 50% in PCM for Out Side Maharashtra State Candidate.
· Admission allotted on the basis of CET/AIEEE Score through internet CAP.
· Non-CET/Non-AIEEE will be preferred as per govt rules & regulations from time to time.
· Diploma in engineering passed students with minimum 50% of marks in final year
Admission Details for Direct Second Year of Engg.
Diploma students those who have secured Diploma Percentage 60% can be admitted directly to the second year of Degree.
