- The frequency of Board Meetings and Academic Advisory: Some
of the board members visit frequently and discuss with the staff members and
students directly. It is planned to have at least one meeting per year of
all board members together for their valuable suggestions.

- Mechanism/ Norms & Procedure for democratic / good governance:
Following two committees are formed from management, staff and students as per
norms of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
- Local Management Committee by the President, Administrative Officer,
Management Members, Principal, elected members from teaching and non
teaching staff.
- Student council elected by the students for the post of
General Secretary, Sports Secretary, Cultural Secretary, Class
representatives and ladies representatives.
- Student Feedback on institutional governance / faculty performance: The
on paper record is yet to start. We are starting it from the coming year.
The oral feedback is taken from time to time.
